ESFEAX A Hydrologic Outlook is no longer in effect for the... Stranger Creek at Easton Flooding which was previously forecast is not expected to occur because forecasted runoff amounts resulting from earlier rainfall have been lowered. The creek forecast to crest around 15 feet, which is two feet below flood stage. The crest is expected to occur on Friday morning.
