* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in low- lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE...Dorchester County. * WHEN...Late tonight. * IMPACTS...Shallow flooding is possible in the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline.

Coastal Flood Watch issued April 25 at 3:49AM EDT until April 26 at 7:00AM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC

* WHAT...One to two feet of inundation above ground level possible in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE...Shoreline in St. Mary's County. * WHEN...From late Thursday night through Friday morning, especially around the time of high tide. High tide at Coltons Point is at 4:55 AM early Friday morning. High tide at Piney Point is at 4:19 AM early Friday morning. High tide at Point Lookout is at 3:29 AM overnight Thursday night. * IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, water covers roads on Saint George Island, is in yards, and is approaching structures. To the east, inundation is occurring at multiple marinas off St. Mary's River, Smith Creek, and Jutland Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one to two feet above normal. There is uncertainty in how much water levels increase through Friday.

High tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is at 7:42 AM Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 3.2 feet, water begins to approach businesses on Dock Street in Annapolis. The City Dock parking lot is flooded. Compromise Street is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one to two feet above normal. There is uncertainty in how much water levels increase through Friday.
