* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following county, Vinton. * WHEN...Until 600 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 213 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Several roads remain closed due to high water. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... In south central Ohio, Ross. * WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 943 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Logan, Nelsonville, Hocking Hills State Park, Logan Elm Village, Starr, Laurelville, Murray City, Adelphi, Tarlton, Gibisonville, Lake Logan State Park, Enterprise, Rockbridge, Ilesboro, South Bloomingville, Buena Vista in Hocking County, Union Furnace, Haydenville, Oreville and Carbon Hill.
