Flood Warning issued April 18 at 4:18AM EDT until April 18 at 10:00AM EDT by NWS Charleston WV

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following county, Vinton. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 416 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lake Hope State Park, Zaleski, Creola and Eagle Mills. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
