For the Bruneau River...including Rowland...elevated river levels are forecast. * WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt is possible. * WHERE...Bruneau River at Rowland. * WHEN...From this morning until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Minor flooding of Forest Service roads. Recreational use becomes limited. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:10 AM PDT Tuesday the stage was 6.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet. - The flow on the river has subsided below minor flood stage this morning.
