Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Rabbit Ears Pass. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 AM MDT Saturday, with the heaviest snow late this evening, and then again Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult due to snow covered roads and reduced visibility. Areas of blowing snow will occur on the higher mountain passes.
