Parts of Humbert Avenue in the East End of Cincinnati also flood. Most of Public Landing is flooded, as well as Riverside Park off River Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 AM EDT Tuesday, the stage was 51.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 51.3 feet this morning before falling . - Action stage is 40.0 feet. - Flood stage is 52.0 feet.

Backwater flooding occurs into the Scioto River, as well as along smaller creeks flowing into the Ohio River. Flood waters expand across route 73, as well as State Route 239.
