Remark: A ridge of high pressure over southern B.C. is creating favourable conditions for dense fog development. Fog is expected to lift by early this afternoon but may linger near the water and low-lying areas through this afternoon. Fog and low cloud may reform this evening. ### Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility.
