South to southwest winds through Saturday afternoon. Winds shift out of the north during the day on Sunday, becoming gusty by the evening and through Monday morning. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 10 to 25 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
