Total snow accumulations of around an inch possible. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, and southeast Montana and north central Wyoming. * WHEN...Until 5 PM MST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Plan on snowpacked or partially snow packed roads, and areas of reduced visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills will fall to 10 below to 25 below zero early this morning. Be sure that kids waiting for the school bus are dressed appropriately for the bitter cold.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 35 below. * WHERE...Portions of northwestern, south central, and southwestern South Dakota and northeast Wyoming. * WHEN...Until noon MST /1 PM CST/ today. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

Freezing Fog Advisory issued January 23 at 12:26AM MST until January 23 at 1:00PM MST by NWS Cheyenne WY

* WHAT...Visibility as low as one quarter mile in freezing fog. * WHERE...South Laramie Range and South Laramie Range Foothills. * WHEN...Until 1 PM MST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Low visibility and patchy icing could make driving conditions hazardous.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills between 15 below and 25 below expected. * WHERE...In Nebraska, Banner County, Kimball County, Scotts Bluff County, and Southern Sioux County. In Wyoming, Niobrara County and Goshen County. * WHEN...Until noon MST Saturday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
