Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. For the Wabash River...including Linn Grove, Bluffton IN, Wabash, Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast. For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Saint Marys River near Decatur. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Many east side city streets and county roads are flooded.
