At 916 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of showers with gusty winds extending from near Fort Lupton to 7 miles east of Prospect Valley, or extending from 23 miles north of Denver to 30 miles southwest of Fort Morgan, moving north at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Thornton, Brighton, Firestone, Frederick, Fort Lupton, Milliken, Berthoud, Lochbuie, Dacono, Mead, Platteville, Hudson, LaSalle, Keenesburg, Gilcrest and Milton Reservoir.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of southwest Colorado, including the following areas, San Juan River Basin and Southwest San Juan Mountains. * WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through late Thursday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The ground remains saturated from recent heavy rainfall over the past week. After a brief break, deep moisture is expected to return to southwest Colorado Tuesday with a few inches of rainfall possible during the Wednesday through Thursday timeframe.
