* WHAT...Flooding caused by high water and heavy ice runs continues to be possible. * WHERE...Lower Yukon and Innoko Valleys. This includes the cities of Grayling, Holy Cross, Shageluk, And Anvik. * WHEN...Through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...High water may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - The breakup front along the Yukon River has moved downstream of Grayling. High water and runs of heavy ice from the Yuki River ice jam release has been causing rapid water level rises as it approaches communities. Water levels have already risen to a few inches above the road to the airport with additional rises expected as high water continues to move downstream towards Grayling. - Http://www.weather.gov/aprfc

This includes the cities of Galena, Nulato, Kaltag, and Koyukuk. * WHEN...Through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...High water may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Public reports continued minor flooding in the region. High water and heavy ice runs along the Yukon River and Koyukuk River will result in continued possible minor flooding impacts in Galena and Koyukuk. River Watch reports the Yukon River breakup front has moved past Grayling. The Yukon River gage at Galena is reporting 123.7 feet as of 330 PM AKDT Sunday May 17th which is in the action stage flooding category. - Http://www.weather.gov/aprfc

High water and heavy ice runs along the Yukon River and Koyukuk River will result in minor flooding impacts in Galena and Koyukuk. Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations up to 0.01 inches. * WHERE...Bering Strait Coast, Diomede, and St Lawrence Island. * WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 AM AKDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel may be impacted. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ice accumulations will be most likely on elevated surfaces such as stairs. Surfaces may be slick.
