Central and Southern California: On Tuesday and Wednesday, expect 1-2 inches of rain in lower areas and 2-4 inches in the higher elevations. Flash flooding could happen, especially near burn scars, so keep an eye on the news for any warnings. The rain is due to a cold front moving south along the coast.
