Strongest winds are expected across the central Sacramento Valley, along and west of Interstate 5. * Humidity...15 to 25 percent. * Highest Threat...Central and Southern Sacramento Valley along and west of the I-5 corridor and the Northern San Joaquin Valley. * Impacts...The combination of gusty winds and low humidity can cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 65 mph. * WHERE...Mojave Desert Slopes. * WHEN...Until 2 AM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways impacted include, but are not limited to California State Routes 14, 58, and 178, as well as US Route 395.

* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. Isolated gusts to 55 mph in the western foothills. * WHERE...Antelope Valley and Western Antelope Valley Foothills. * WHEN...Until 3 AM PDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Areas of blowing dust and sand could locally reduce visibilities to under one quarter mile at times. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust may reduce visibility to near zero at times. If you encounter blowing dust that inhibits your ability to see the roadway, pull completely off the pavement surface and turn off your headlights.
