Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 19.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.6 feet just after midnight tonight.
