In southwest Oklahoma, Caddo. In western Oklahoma, Custer. * WHEN...Until 1145 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 846 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. At 844 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Hydro, moving north at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Weatherford, Thomas, and Hydro.

Deep Red Creek near Randlett affecting Cotton County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Deep Red Creek near Randlett. * WHEN...Until late Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Valley-wide flooding of croplands... pastures... and local roads occurs and is accompanied by flood depths up to 3 feet with swift currents. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 21.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Forecast...The Deep Red Creek is expected to rise to a crest of 23.2 feet tomorrow morning. Barns and other outbuildings experience minor flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:12 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 8.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 25.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
