At 352 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Starvation Reservoir, or near Duchesne, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Duchesne, Starvation Reservoir, Altamont, Upalco, Mountain Home, Arcadia, Talmage, Altonah, and Utahn. This includes the following highways... US Route 40 between mile markers 80 and 92. Utah Route 35 between mile markers 50 and 62.
