Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Foothills of the Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon and North Central Oregon. * WHEN...Until 1 AM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Even light snowfall amounts can accumulate on roads and cause dangerous driving conditions due to slippery and snow-covered roads.

* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 20 to 23 feet. * WHERE...South Central Oregon Coast from Port Orford northward. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 PM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Large breaking waves will create hazardous conditions along and within the surf zone, and could inundate beaches and low lying shorelines. Coastal Flood Advisory issued December 13 at 10:49AM PST until December 14 at 1:00PM PST by NWS Portland OR

* WHAT...Tidal overflow flooding expected. * WHERE...Clatsop and Tillamook Coast, and South Washington Coast. * WHEN...From 9 AM to 1 PM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding, up to one foot above ground level, during high tides is expected in the low lying areas near bays, sloughs, and the lower reaches of the coastal rivers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides are expected to peak around 11 AM PST Saturday. Toke Point tidal gauge is expected to peak around 12.2 feet, Tongue Point tidal gauge is expected to peak around 11.3 feet, and Garibaldi tidal gauge is expected to peak around 10.7 feet.
