* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive runoff continues. * WHERE...Dorado and Toa Baja. * WHEN...Until 545 AM AST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 203 AM AST, USGS sensors indicated that Rio de la Plata continues at flood stage due to runoffs. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
