* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 35, in combination with light winds and mostly clear skies, will result in frost formation. * WHERE...Koochiching, North Itasca, Central St. Louis, North St. Louis, and Northern Cook and Lake Counties. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
