* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...In southeast Minnesota, far northeastern Houston County. In west central Wisconsin, western La Crosse County. * WHEN...Until 430 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 124 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... This includes the Tribal Lands of the Bad River Reservation, the Red Cliff Band, the Fond du Lac Band, the Bois Forte Band, Lake Vermilion area and the Mille Lacs Band, Hinckley, Lena Lake, Big Sandy Lake and, East Lake areas. Recreation spots such as Madeline Island and the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore.
