At 153 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Au Sable Forks, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Small watercraft may capsize. Locations impacted include... Essex Junction, South Burlington, Burlington International Airport, Burlington, Peru, Winooski, Westford, Colchester, Essex Junction Village, Williston, Port Kent, Essex, Keeseville, St. George, Shelburne, Richmond, Jericho, South Hero, Milton, and Mallets Bay State Park. This includes the following highways... Interstate 87 between mile markers 134 and 144. Interstate 89 between mile markers 79 and 98.

Warrensburg, Johnsburg, Bolton Landing, Bolton, Thurman, Shelving Rock, Thurman Station, Cleverdale, Big Hollow, Sodom, Girards Sugarbush, Edwards Hill, Wevertown, Athol, Brayton, Riverbank, Rockhurst, North Bolton, Darrowsville, and Garnet Lake. This includes Interstate 87 between exits 23 and 24.
