Flood Advisory

Flood Advisory issued February 12 at 11:10AM MST until February 14 at 12:00PM MST by NWS Great Falls MT

* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam continues. * WHERE...For the Ennis Lions Club Park, in Ennis, MT. * WHEN...Until noon MST Friday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding will occur in the Ennis Lions Club Park along the Madison River, eastward to Odell Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1104 AM MST, emergency management reported an ice jam was causing minor flooding in the Ennis Lions Club Park on the Madison River. The ice jam continues to slowly grow, and is now affecting areas as far east as Odell Creek. - Flooding impacts will continue until the ice jam breaks. Additionally, there is the potential that the ice could start to cause water to flow over Highway 287. If this occurs, please turn around, do not drive through flooded roadways. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ennis Lions Club Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
