* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Arkansas, including the following counties, in northwest Arkansas, Crawford. In west central Arkansas, Franklin and Sebastian. * WHEN...Until 1215 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 911 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Heavy rainfall which occurred on Thursday has saturated the soils and any additional rainfall could lead to quick onset of water rises. Additional rainfall of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area with the line of storms this morning.
