This includes the Fremont National Forest, including from Silver Lake southward to Bly, as well as most of Lake County. * THUNDERSTORMS...Isolated to scattered thunderstorms. This will lead to thunderstorm development across eastern Oregon Wednesday afternoon and evening. Widespread breezy to windy conditions will persist through Wednesday, strongest through the Cascade gaps and Columbia Basin. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zones 691 Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon and 691 Lower Columbia Basin of Washington. * TIMING...From 11 AM to 10 PM PDT Wednesday. * WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. ...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS OVER SOUTHEAST OREGON WITH GUSTY WINDS ON WEDNESDAY EVENING... A frontal passage will bring isolated to scattered thunderstorms with minimal precipitation over the BLM districts of Southwest Idaho and Southeast Oregon. Strong outflow winds up to 55 MPH is possible. The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Red Flag Warning for lightning, which is in effect from 3 PM MDT /2 PM PDT/ Wednesday to midnight MDT /11 PM PDT/ Wednesday night. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...In Oregon, Fire Weather Zones 670 Burns BLM, 672 Southern Grasslands, 673 Central Canyonlands and 674 Northwestern Vale BLM. * TIMING...From 3 PM MDT /2 PM PDT/ Wednesday to midnight MDT /11 PM PDT/ Wednesday night. * THUNDERSTORMS...Scattered. * OUTFLOW WINDS...Gusty and erratic winds up to 55 mph. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly.
