Janesville, Abells Corners, Tibbets, Millard, La Grange, Avalon, Afton, Whitewater, Palmyra, Emerald Grove, Johnstown Center, Lima Center, Richmond, and Elkhorn. This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 12 near mile marker 320. Interstate 39/90 between mile markers 171 and 180. Wisconsin Highway 26 mile marker 6 and near mile marker 8. Interstate 43 near mile marker 30.
