* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Indiana, including the following counties, Clay and Owen. * WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 602 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 2.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area.
