* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following counties, Barceloneta and Ciales along the river of Rio Grande de Manati.. * WHEN...Until 630 AM AST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. USGS gauge sensors reporting the river Rio Grande de Manati is flowing out of it's bank due to previous heavy rainfall across the warned area. Rio Grande de Manati likely to be overflowed over PR2 * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 310 AM AST, USGS gauge sensors reporting the river Rio Grande de Manati is flowing out of it's bank due to previous heavy rainfall across the warned area. Rio Grande de Manati likely to be overflowed over PR2. - Flooding is occurring along the Rio Grande de Manati . - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Flood Warning issued April 18 at 12:57AM AST until April 18 at 6:45AM AST by NWS San Juan PR

* WHAT...Flooding caused by surges of water associated with this afternoon excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following counties, Vega Alta and Vega Baja. * WHEN...Until 645 AM AST. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1246 AM AST, Vega Alta emergency managers reported road PR-620 near Sector Fatima, and road PR-647 near Sector Ojo de Agua flooded due to a surge of water along Rio Cibuco tributaries. Other areas will flood downstream near Rio Cibuco due to additional water surges. Flooding is already occurring. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... PR-620 near Sector Fatima, PR-647 along Ojo de Agua, and roads downstream along and that crosses Rio Cibuco. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
