* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following county, Manati. * WHEN...Until 600 AM AST. * IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1228 AM AST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to Rio Grande de Manati out of the banks.
