* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by heavy rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Aibonito, Cayey, Cidra, Coamo and Comerio. * WHEN...Until 300 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1240 PM AST, Showers and thunderstorms have begun to develop across these municipalities, particularly Coamo, Aibonito and portion of Cayey and Cidra. Soils are already saturated, any additional rainfall will result in sharp rises along small streams and rivers. Mudslides are also possible. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1159 AM AST, Soils are already saturated across the advisory area, any additional rainfall will cause rapid rises along small streams and rivers as well as urban flooding.
