* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Morgan, Perry and Washington and northern West Virginia, including the following counties, Doddridge, Harrison, Pleasants and Tyler. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms over areas of saturated ground will lead to the possibility of flash flooding. * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Guernsey, Monroe, Muskingum and Noble and northern West Virginia, including the following areas, Marion, Monongalia, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston and Wetzel. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms near a slow-moving front may contain rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. East-to-west training thunderstorms may produce up to a total of 3 inches of rain on a localized basis.
