For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater, Longview, Beckville, Logansport...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Sabine River near Mineola. * WHEN...From this afternoon to Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Expect flooding of secondary roadways with picnic and recreational areas flooded as well. Also expect flooded boat ramps as well. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 14.5 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
