HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Move livestock to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 12.5 feet tomorrow morning.
