In Pennsylvania, Bradford, Susquehanna, Northern Wayne, Wyoming, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike and Southern Wayne counties. * WHEN...From 2 PM Wednesday to 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...South to southwest winds will develop ahead of a cold front this afternoon, with gusts 30 to 40 mph. The front may be accompanied by sudden stronger wind gusts and possible thunderstorms, with winds shifting to the west in its wake. Winds will be strongest behind the front, gusting 45 to 55 mph at times, especially overnight, as much colder air also quickly moves into the area.
