Winds of this magnitude may blow down some trees or limbs that were damaged by Helene back in late September, putting recovery crews at risk. Scattered power outages may occur.

In Virginia, Grayson and Smyth Counties. * WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
