* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...In Maryland, Extreme Western Allegany County. In West Virginia, Western Mineral County. * WHEN...Until 5 PM EDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some snow squalls may track across the Alleghenies today, especially during the afternoon hours. Any such squall could lead to a rapid drop in visibilities and come with snowfall rates of one to one and a half inches per hour.
