Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered to numerous thunderstorms will affect much of central and south central Nebraska overnight, with one final round of storms expected to track across the area from west- to-east mainly between 9 AM and 1 PM Tuesday. While total rainfall amounts will surely vary considerably across the area, confidence is increasing in amounts between 1 and 3 inches most places, with perhaps as much as 3 to 5 inches possible in a narrow swath or two if storms continue training over the same areas.
