How to use the Citrus Ridge Traffic Map
A static map with traffic flow is shown first and to start using the interactive map you press the blue Load button above to go live.

Traffic flow lines: Red/White dashed lines = Closed Road, Grey/White dashed lines = Road Work, Red lines = Heavy traffic flow, Yellow/Orange lines = Medium flow, and Green = normal traffic. Black lines or no traffic flow lines could indicate a closed road, but in most cases it means that either there is not enough vehicle flow to register or traffic isn't monitored. Also, if you do not see traffic flow, you can zoom in closer to reveal localized data. If you are unable to pan the map, press here (to focus off of the map) and try again.

Traffic Incidents: Each icon represents a traffic event or incident such as road construction, closure (red circle with a white dash), or accident. In some regions there may also be live traffic camaras to view.

In known extreme weather events or accidents, the map may still show green lines, even if lanes or the entire road are closed.

Stormy Roads Ahead: Impacts from Nov 7 to Nov 9
Updated Fri Nov 7th 2025, 5:39am PST
Northern US and Great Lakes
We can expect some unsettled weather across the northern tier today. If you are traveling on I-94 or US Route 2, be prepared for wet conditions and possibly mixed snow, especially as we head into Saturday and Sunday. The Great Plains will see frigid air spilling over, making roads slick and travel potentially hazardous. Take caution when traveling on I-29 and Highway 83.

Tennessee and Ohio Valleys
Today, scattered thunderstorms will impact I-65 and I-75 as well as Highway 31. These routes might experience delays due to rain and storms that could intensify, especially overnight. As these storms roll through, be vigilant and ensure your vehicle is prepared for slick conditions.

Northeast and Mid-Atlantic
Rain showers are expected on highways such as I-95 and I-87 today, with some snow mixing in across northern New Hampshire and Maine this evening. Travelers should prepare for reduced visibility and slower travel times especially into the weekend.

Northwest and Central Plains
Expect mixed precipitation across parts of the Northwest today, impacting routes like I-90 and US Route 395. By Saturday and Sunday, this will affect the Central Plains on I-70 and I-35, so plan for variable road conditions.

Texas
Temperatures will soar in Texas with record-breaking highs on Friday and Saturday. If you are commuting along I-10 or I-35, ensure your vehicle's cooling system is functioning well as temperatures could reach into the 90s. An Arctic front on Sunday will bring a temperature drop, so be prepared for cooler conditions rapidly changing by the end of the weekend.

East Coast
Expect above-average temperatures and unseasonably warm conditions through the weekend along the East Coast on I-95 and US Route 1. While travel conditions should be favorable, check for any updates on possible rain as systems move through the area.
