Showers moving into very dry air was causing brief, strong wind gusts. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Surface observations indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Parkersburg, Marietta, Ripley, Spencer, Harrisville, St. Marys, Elizabeth, Middlebourne, Grantsville, Vienna, Williamstown, Paden City, Sistersville, Pennsboro, Belmont, Sandyville, Mineralwells, Arnoldsburg, North Bend State Park, and Boaz. This includes the following highways... Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 153 and 186. Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 1 and 12.
