Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 614 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Numerous reports of street flooding east of I-45 inside the I-610 loop. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area.
