* WHAT...Very cold wind chills of 25 to 35 below expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, and southeast Montana and north central Wyoming. * WHEN...Until noon MST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

In Wyoming, Central Laramie County, East Laramie County, and South Laramie Range Foothills. * WHEN...Until 11 AM MST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very cold temperatures will allow snowfall to easily stick to any surfaces, causing hazardous travel conditions.
