* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northwest Florida, including the following county, Okaloosa. * WHEN...Until 930 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 617 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of Big Bend Florida, including the following areas, Coastal Dixie and Inland Dixie. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall of 2 to 4 inches with spotty amounts to 7 inches are likely across Dixie County late this afternoon and this evening. This rain could come in multiple rounds as a tropical low passes westward across north-central Florida and exits across the Nature Coast.
