* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, in east central Kentucky, Menifee. In southeast Kentucky, Morgan and Wolfe. * WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 950 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.7 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... West Liberty, Henry, Lewis, Wellington, Pekin, New Cummer, Mize, Grassy Creek, Woodsbend, Omer, Rexville, Demund, Twentysix, Nickell, Ezel, Murphyfork, Greear, Kellacey, Lizzielane and Panama.

At 937 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Kernie, or near Salyersville, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Paintsville, West Liberty, Salyersville, Mason, Henry, Lewis, Zag, Moon, Oaklawn Estates, Florress, Lick Branch, Pekin, Falcon, Omer, Wonnie, Burning Fork, Kernie, Collista, West Van Lear, and Panama.

Hindman, Bath, Wheelwright, Pippa Passes, Wayland, East McDowell, Pine Top, Leburn, Glo, Nealy, McDowell, Colson, Ivis, Ivan, Buckhorn Hollow, Orkney, Demo, Ligon, Craynor, and Price.

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Breathitt, Magoffin, Morgan and Wolfe. * WHEN...Until 1230 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 915 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.7 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Jackson, Simpson, Haginsville, Noctor, Stevenson, Taulbee, Keck, Rock Lick, Portsmouth, Smith Branch, Wilstacy, Quicksand, Press, Moct, Rousseau, Mountain Valley, Inverness, Bays, Dumont and Sikes.
