* WHAT...Flash Flooding caused by a potential dam or levee failure continues to be possible at the Panguitch Lake Dam. * WHERE...A portion of Utah, including the following areas, Southern Mountains and Upper Sevier River Valleys. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...Dam failure may result in flash flooding of low-lying areas below the dam including the west side of the city of Panguitch. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A Level 2 Emergency Situation indicates that there is a potential for dam failure. While there is no immediate threat to public safety, the situation could rapidly evolve.
