* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Adjuntas, Ciales, Jayuya and Utuado. * WHEN...Until 530 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 230 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

FFWSJU The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for...Bayamon and Guaynabo * Until 345 PM AST. * At 211 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Juan, Guaynabo, Bayamon, Catano, Sabana Seca, Trujillo Alto, Toa Baja, Carolina, Dorado, Levittown, Candelaria, Candelaria Arenas, Campanilla, Ingenio, San Jose and Mucarabones.
