* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Guayanilla, Penuelas and Yauco. * WHEN...Until 500 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 151 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 125 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by heavy rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Aibonito, Cayey, Cidra, Coamo and Comerio. * WHEN...Until 300 PM AST. * IMPACTS...Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1240 PM AST, Showers and thunderstorms have begun to develop across these municipalities, particularly Coamo, Aibonito and portion of Cayey and Cidra. Soils are already saturated, any additional rainfall will result in sharp rises along small streams and rivers. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1159 AM AST, Soils are already saturated across the advisory area, any additional rainfall will cause rapid rises along small streams and rivers as well as urban flooding.
