Water continues to inundate Gooseneck Lane, cutting off access to homes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:45 AM EST Tuesday the stage was 18.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 20.3 feet early Thursday morning.
