Water over roadways. There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 918 PM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Rapid river rises have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 0.4 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area.
