SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of light, unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Lyons, South Thompson, Center, Toombs Central, Ohoopee, New Branch, Ponderosa, Vidalia, Santa Claus, Rock Springs, Cedar Crossing, and Johnson Corner.

At 745 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms centered near Graham, moving northeast at 10 to 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 45 to 55 mph, penny size hail, and minor flooding due to heavy rainfall. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Minor flooding due to heavy rainfall is possible. Locations impacted include... Baxley, Graham, Plant Hatch, and Pine Grove.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Georgia, including the following county, Appling. * WHEN...Until 1015 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 733 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts to around 1.5 inches are expected over the area.
